This is just a note to sincerely thank you for what you've done for me.

Eventhough I am not yet 10 days out of surgery, I am already so pleased with the results from my Rhinplasty. Just as I had asked, I still have my "Persian nose", only now it is a nicely refined Persian Nose! The bump from the break is gone and the overall results are more than I could have hoped for: a beautiful shape that is unique to my face but all the while only subtly changed.

Thank you for so carefully listening and so skillfully and artfully executing, on my behalf.

Finally, I can't end this note without complimenting you on the choice staff and colleagues that you have surrounded yourself with. Each person that I've met with from your office has been among the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable that I've encountered in any field/organization

I'm not the type to do this sort of thing typically but will definitely post a review in yelp.com, etc. because this could have been such a daunting experience but you've made it so worthwile.
